But I would appreciate some help/guidance on how I can get started here. I’ve never been apart of anything like this, so I am completely lost.
I don’t know how to get my first star eater, and a lot of the prompts to get currency to start here are requiring/asking me to use my own.
I also generally have a hard time with the design guide, as I have no background with them. What’s common or not, how I can get these traits (what kind of leniency is there?), what all the subspecies are, etc. is very unclear to me.
Sorry if I’m asking to much at once, but I am genuinely lost and would appreciate any help I can get.

Hi! Once you use your rainbow heart crystal, you can go to “myo slots” and see what core types are allowed in the description. Rainbow heart crystals allow you to make a SE that is common, livable, molten, or cold core. You can use any common and uncommon traits, rare traits will need an additional item (can be found in the shop). Your welcome gift came with a rare stone, which allows you to add any one rare trait.
To figure out which traits are which rarity, check out the encyclopedia! Not all traits have a visual reference yet but you can click the magnifying glass next to the name to see existing SEs with that trait.

<p>I do have one more question, as I do wonder how to get legendary traits and void/sythetics. I assume those are events only at the moment? As I don't see them in the shop.</p>
